Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Refunds can be processed for store credit for the amount of the item minus shipping cost within 7 days of delivery date for items in our 'ready to ship' or 'boutique' sections ONLY.

ANY ORDER CANCELATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELATION FEE TO COVER THE SHOPIFY FEES! 

*Refunds for store credit will not be issued for made-to-order embroidered items or upcycles*

*Disclaimer: embroidered crew brands might vary (ex: Amazon Essentials, Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, Etc). I order whichever crewneck will come in faster! :) 

Example: If an item you purchased was $54 free shipping, I would go back and subtract how much it cost to ship your order and subtract that amount from your store credit. If it cost $9 to ship your order, you would receive $45 in store credit for this return. 

Items can be returned with the customer covering return shipping cost. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at distinctthreadscontact@gmail.com, DM us on Instagram @distinct.threads, or utilize the chat function in the bottom left corner of the screen. 

Store credit will only be issued once the I receive the returned item!

Once items are in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, ETC.) it is out of my hands! I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will file a missing package report if it comes to it, but this is the best I can do. You will have to contact your local post office to get most issues resolved. 

I cannot refund for carrier mistakes or for misuse of item (ex: not following care instructions properly. Thank you for understanding!
