Shipping policy

At this time are shipping only to the US. We hope to expand to international orders in the future! 

All orders include free shipping!

There is a 1-3 week processing time for all embroidery orders and a 1-7 day processing time on all ready to ship or upcycled items. Shipping takes between 1-7 business days.

Once items are in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, ETC.) it is out of my hands! I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I will file a missing package report if it comes to it, but this is the best I can do. You will have to contact your local post office to get most issues resolved. 

I cannot refund for carrier mistakes. I wish I could hand deliver each package to you all but unfortunately I cannot. Thank you for understanding!
